SECCOM is a Tanzanian Social Enterprise created by the HABITAEM Group of Social Entrepreneurs. The group's goal is to channel socially committed investment into projects that pursue community-based conservation and rural development in partnership with local municipalities; for the time being in the South of TANZANIA, North of MOZAMBIQUE and NEPAL and LADAKH (India). Investors become part of the "Guest Communities" and true partners of the local "Host Communities". The resulting international communities are envisaged as fora of encounter and discussion, and social laboratories for positive social change.
